Facilities Manager - Landmark West End Building
Location: West End, London
Salary: 60,000 per annum
Bonus: Up to 8% annually (two bonuses per year)
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of a 20,000 sq ft space within a prestigious West End building.
- Lead and manage a small team of 3 direct reports, ensuring high performance and strong team collaboration.
- Manage key contractors, ensuring effective service delivery and adherence to contractual agreements.
- Maintain smooth operation of all soft services, including a high-profile on-site catering facility, general facilities and premises functions, and small-scale projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, particularly senior executives, ensuring their needs are met and facilities are always optimised.
- Provide technical expertise to resolve day-to-day operational issues and assist in long-term facilities planning.
Profile
About You:
- Extensive experience in facilities management, with a strong background in managing both hard and soft services.
- Proven track record in contractor management and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with senior stakeholders and managing expectations.
- Strong technical knowledge and practical problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to think strategically and ensure the smooth running of all facilities operations.
