About the Finishing Manager Role
The role of the Finishing Manager will be to see a project through from Frame to handover. Managing all the internal fit out, CAT A & B through to snagging and handover to the client. Managing the subcontractors and reporting into an on site Project Manager.
A lot of this work will be in the residential and student accommodation sector on projects ranging from 30millon - 100million. Prior experience on working on projects of a similar nature is essential.
Requirements of the Finishing Manager
- Carpentry background is preferred
- 15-20 years experience desired.
- Prior experience of being a Finishing Manager on large residential schemes seeing from frame to handover
- SMSTS
- CSCS
