Pay: £24.62 + holiday pay
Contract type: TemporaryIn this exciting and instrumental role you will oversee an existing team of three people and delver all aspects of the facilities management across this charity. You will have the opportunity to look after historical and listed buildings.In your day to day job you will:
- Ensure all events have the relevant preparation required
- That all site and facilities meet satisfactory facilities standard
- Look after the facilities budget
- Liaise with existing contractors and suppliers
- Arrange for all maintenance work to be completed
- Work with other departments to understand strategic needs and plans
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety policy practices
- Prior experience of working in similar role
- Knowledge of looking after listed or historical buildings
- Prior experience of looking after a team
