- Interim M&E Contract Manager- London- Full time / 3-month contract in the first instance- £275 per day (premium day rate)- Prestigious public sector organisationA fantastic role for you to get your teeth into, being the go-to person and providing that key help with all things compliance - legionella, asbestos, fix wire testing etc, so you will need to have done this and can demonstrate it.Sprinkled in with the above, you will also need to help in other ways as well, mainly with the contracting staff on site - making sure that works are being completed, projects are running on time, and generally making sure the service is running smoothly. This is based in a really great location in London, close to overground and underground stations. This is an interim role, looking at 3 months in the first instance - but there is a good chance that it will be for longer. So, flexibility is key.I’ll need to see your experience in M&E, working with contractors, governance, and compliance, as well as your experience of getting things done. If you’ve worked for a public sector organisation that would be great, but it’s not essential. This role is more about experience, knowledge, and attitude.
