Main Duties:

Completing PPM's

Ensure all PPM's are completed within the time scale provided

Diagnosing issues and reporting back to the line managers

Liaising with subcontractors

Liaising with building managers

Keeping an accurate log of completed PPM's

Flexibility working on minor reactive issues

Ensuring all client related requests are met and to the expected standards

Provide technical support and reports for your line manager

Keeping your team well informed with any issues or changes within the working environment

Assist with managing rota, holiday requests and sick cover

Qualifications Needed:

NVQ or City & Guilds level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical bias

Mechanical or Electrical biased UK degree

Previous experience working in commercial buildings

Approved person (Desirable)

Experience managing a team within a maintenance environment
