MK Search & Selection currently working with a leading M&E Contractor with a turnover of circa 50M and a strong nationwide presence delivering notable projects across sectors who are looking for a mechanical site manager to work on several notable projects in London.
The projects that our client have recently won consist of, Commercial, Data Centres, Healthcare and Industrial, with progression at the forefront of this business, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable and well established contractor.
Role/Responsibilities
- Management of subcontractor labour
- Attend site meetings
- Progress reports
- Prepare contract documents I.e. method statements, risk assessments, RFIs, etc.
- Health and safety
- Review and amend RAMS
- Snagging
- Work with the Project Manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project.
