About the Role:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee commercial schemes with packages worth 50,000. Based in Central London, this is an excellent opportunity to manage high-profile mechanical construction projects in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. You will receive a competitive salary of 60,000 - 65,000, along with a great bonus package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage mechanical construction activities for commercial schemes valued at up to 50,000.
- Work closely with project teams, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring everything is delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Resolve any on-site issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the overall project.
- Regularly report project status and progress to senior management and clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager, ideally within the commercial sector.
- Strong project management skills and experience with mechanical construction processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or construction management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
