We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at Sunlighten. As a global leader in infrared saunas, we're committed to helping people achieve their health and wellness goals.
As an Operations Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in planning and executing operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide administrative support across departments.
- Maintain and update company databases and CRM systems.
- Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling and correspondence.
- Oversee stock movements, including inbound/outbound tracking.
- Act as a point of contact for third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
- Maintain accurate stock records and coordinate deliveries.
- Manage press loans and oversee budget for in-house delivery.
- Coordinate shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
- Process insurance claims for damaged/missing stock.
- Conduct audits on sales orders to authorise dispatch.

- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
- Good understanding of business operations and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
