We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at Sunlighten. As a global leader in infrared saunas, we're committed to helping people achieve their health and wellness goals.

As an Operations Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in planning and executing operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support across departments.
  • Maintain and update company databases and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Oversee stock movements, including inbound/outbound tracking.
  • Act as a point of contact for third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and coordinate deliveries.
  • Manage press loans and oversee budget for in-house delivery.
  • Coordinate shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
  • Process insurance claims for damaged/missing stock.
  • Conduct audits on sales orders to authorise dispatch.
