Based in the South East of England, the Operations Director will direct and control operations across the whole Aggregates and Asphalt (A&A) division, whilst developing and managing the operational business plan.

This is an important moment in the history of the business, with the recent announcement that VINCI Construction has agreed to acquire FM Conway. This role is directly related to the expected expansion of the FM Conway business, which will be bolstered by this acquisition.

Description

Based in the South East of England, the Operations Director will direct and control operations across the whole Aggregates and Asphalt (A&A) division, whilst developing and managing the operational business plan.

The scope of the role is significant, with responsibility for the asphalt production sites and a number of other locations. In addition, you will be deeply involved in the development and commissioning of an eighth production site in Northamptonshire. This marks an important milestone in the growth of the company and sees their first expansion beyond the South East of England.
