Exciting Operations Director opportunity in Central London for a leading hotel/fit out developer.
About the role of Operations Director:
Stepping into the business as Operations Director covering 5 refurbishment and hotel projects from pre-construction to delivery.
Responsibilities for Operations Director:
- Directly working with clients and understanding needs
- Visiting different sites to ensure delivery
- Mentor young people
- Deliver projects from pre-con to hand over
Requirements for Operations Director:
- Experience working on hotel refurbishment projects
- 10 - 15 years experience
- Cat A, Cat B and cut & carve experience
- Civil Engineering Degree, Bachelor's is desired
