About the role of Operations Director
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Director to join the senior team and work across multiple new build projects, getting schemes into contract and tendering for new work.
Operations Director responsibilities
- Overseeing multiple build projects in London, working closely with Project Directors to support and lead.
- Building relationships with new and existing clients and stakeholders as well as bringing in new contacts with consultants and clients to add value to the business unit.
- Pull together the design, commercial and programme and assist operation teams in the successful delivery of projects.
- Influence process and procedures around HSEQ in the business and support the companies values and growth.
Requirements for Operations Director
- The ideal Operations Director will have a proven track record in delivering major projects circa 200million from start to finish.
- Looking for an Operations Director with experience working for a tier one main contractor and shown stability and longevity in their career.
- This Operations Director will have worked on commercial/residential/mixed use schemes both new build, cut & cave and refurb in central London.
- The ideal Operations Director will be looking to progress their career, add value to a successful business and put their own stamp on their place in the business.
This is a very exciting opportunity to work with a leading main contractor who have a lot of exciting projects coming through.

- 160,000 - 180,000
