We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager for an award-winning Insurtech Startup in London. Focused on process optimisation and driving efficiency, you’ll also have the chance to streamline operation processes and make impactful decisions. Based on-site and working closely on a daily basis with the Operations Director, you will also liaise with the senior team, and will play a pivotal role in shaping the way our Client grows and succeeds.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on with direct involvement with process optimisation
  • Driving daily operations, ensuring the Operations team consistently outperforms KPI
  • Creating and executing forward-thinking strategies to fuel growth and efficiency
  • Hiring, onboarding and mentoring to accelerate your team's professional development
  • Working with Product and Engineering teams to automate and streamline processes, whilst
  • uncovering opportunities to scale
  • Managing escalated issues and delivering outstanding levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring compliance and risk are in line with regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC/AML)

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in support operations management within a fast-growing Insurance
  • or Insurtech company
  • Proven B2C experience, leading high performing Operations teams
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Use of a customer support tool such as Zendesk is essential
