As an Operations Manager you will lead the Hotel Operations alongside the Hotel Manager.
Always ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience and ensuring all customer enquiries and requests for bookings are dealt with promptly, courteously, and efficiently, always achieving the best revenue streams. you will also oversee all recruitment and continual development of the front office and the Food and Beverage team ensuring departmental objectives for the team are set and feedback is provided on a regular basis.
Based in the Hampton by Hilton London Old Street Hotel you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesnt always mean working around the clock.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess computer literate. You will also have hotel experience as a Manager and preferred Hilton Experience experience but not essential. You should also be abe to lead a team.
