Description

  • Direct line management of a medium sized team in various roles
  • Lead and oversee multi office operations and procedures
  • Planning and scheduling of work and projects
  • Implement and monitor operational strategies that promote efficiency
  • Attend stakeholder meetings, implement changes and plan and shape future projects
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient business operations
  • Monitor and manage operational costs to ensure profitability
  • Ensure all office policies and procedures are adhered to by staff
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of office staff
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and manage any staffing issues
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
