Operations Manager - Student Accommodation (Permanent)

£65,000 + car allowance
40 Hours per week
TSR Recruitment are currently looking to source an operations manager for a newly constructed student accommodation in central Peckham. This brand-new student accommodation provides state of the art living for over 600 students throughout their educational journey in South East London.
This opportunity is working with a global facilities management business and will provide successful candidates with further development opportunities, training and progression.
The Role
- Ability to lead, motivate and train staff whilst promoting a health and safety culture
- Manage and operate in line with agreed operating principles and supporting working towards agreed goals
- Provide industry-leading service levels to students, parents and stakeholders
- Ensure the facility is maintained to the highest standards and operated in full compliance of all appropriate legislation and industry standards
- Implement and maintain statutory requirements in terms of Health and Safety
