We are offering a unique opportunity for a driven and talented individual to join a Domestic Adjusting team as anOperations Manager.


About the Role:


As an Operations Manager, you will take the lead in driving team performance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful handling of claims.


The Domestic Adjusting team typically manages claims up to £100k in value.


This position is pivotal in shaping the teams success and delivering outstanding customer service.


Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that complex claims are resolved efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

  • Strong leadership experience:A proven track record of managing high-performing teams effectively.
  • Expertise in claims handling:Comprehensive experience dealing with complex property insurance claims.
  • Exceptional communication skills:The ability to explain technical details clearly, negotiate fair settlements, and engage effectively with policyholders, contractors, insurers, and other stakeholders.
