- Managing a team of EAs
- Working closely with the CEO and supporting them with organising meetings, reports, creating action logs, and creating presentations
- Managing projects and ensuring internal and external stakeholders are aware of their tasks
- Managing operational budgets and tracking expenditure
- Liaising with stakeholders on projects
- 2+ years of experience in an Operations Manager position including managing other PA/EAs
- Excellent IT skills
- Great written skills with experience creating board packs and meeting agendas
- Confident liaising with senior level stakeholders
