Are you a driven leader with a background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services? We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our reputable and growing client based in London.
Salary: Up to £70,000Location: London (various client sites, with occasional office-based work)Type: Full-time, Permanent
The RoleAs an Operations Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the delivery of hard FM (M&E-focused) services across a portfolio of commercial sites in London. You’ll lead a team of engineers and managers, ensuring exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities-
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple contracts

Manage and support site teams and supervisors

Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations

Drive performance and efficiency across contracts

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Budget management and reporting

Strong background in Mechanical & Electrical building services

Proven leadership experience in FM, ideally in a client-facing role

Excellent understanding of compliance and maintenance standards

Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams

Relevant qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND or equivalent in engineering, IOSH/NEBOSH desirable)
