What will you do as an Operations Manager

Oversee a team of 10 in the factory
Manage H&S including IOSH certification
Manage production workflow using 4/5 machine and 20 weekly jobs
Attend management production meetings
Work with project managers and external fitters
Full autonomy and responsibility for team and HR issues

What will you need

Operations Managment experience in Wood, Metal or Glass
Happy to work on site 5 days a week
IOSH or NEBOSH qualified
Manage all operations incl HR, H&S, Production and P&L
