Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day site operations, including supervising on-site teams.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project deadlines.
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintaining quality control procedures and ensuring project specifications are met.
- Monitoring project progress and preparing reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction or a related field.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- CSCS card, SMSTS, and other relevant certifications are desirable.
