Job Title: Production Manager (food manufacturing)Location: North LondonSalary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annumWorking Hours: Monday-Friday 5:45am – 14:45pmFound Recruitment are seeking a proactive, hands-on Production Manager to join a leading food manufacturer in North London, currently undergoing an exciting phase of growth and transformation.The successful candidate will be a hands on people leader who will look to shape the future of our clients operations. You’ll be part of the senior leadership team on-site, having the autonomy to make decisions to drive productivity and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and on-time deliveries.
- Inspire, manage, and support factory staff, creating clear roles and high performance.
- Use your expertise to monitor productivity, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for improvement.
- Ensure high standards of discipline and support while creating a motivating atmosphere.
- Coordinate staff, materials, and equipment to ensure seamless production.
- Work closely with the Operations Director and other departments to align production with company goals.
- Oversee factory upkeep, ensuring equipment is in top shape and compliance with health & safety standards.
