A group of leading clothing and footwear brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Administrator to join their London team. In this role, you will be responsible for working on sales orders, supporting key account management, and ensuring smooth operations across sales, inventory, and e-commerce functions. We are looking for someone with 1-2 years experience in a similar role.

Tasks will include:

Enter sales orders and manage data on Joor.

Create sales reports to support team requests and analyze sales trends.

Maintain margin sheets, pricing, and create price lists and sample order forms in Excel.

Support the operations team with seasonal setups on Joor and prepare weekly sell-through reports.

Monitor sales reports and suggest re-orders, staff incentives, or GWPs to support retail performance.

Review and replenish e-commerce stock levels on a weekly basis.

Help merchandise the website to keep it fresh and engaging for customers.

Create visual buys for key account appointments and build trackers for communication with new business.

Communicate valuable customer feedback to internal teams.

Ensure the accuracy of data in orders and invoices and track key sales metrics.

Prepare product files, sales materials, and support sales launches and catalog creation.

Attend weekly shipping and finance meetings, and create off-price stock lists with images and pricing.

Assist with the execution of online Brand Homes for key accounts and manage sample requests
