We are currently working with a leading residential developer, to assist in their search for an Internal biased Senior Manager around the Clapham area. This will be on a 400+ unit RC Frame apartment scheme. Our client has many RC Frame projects across London and strong pipeline of work, so there would be no issues with the longevity of work.
On this project you would oversee all the internals across 8 blocks and 400 units from 1st fix to handover. You would also have 2 Assistant Site Managers reporting into you. Will be reporting into the Project Manager.
Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager:
- Oversee the internals on an RC frame, residential scheme.
- Manager 2 Assistant Site Managers
- Oversee the sub-contractors and labour force, keeping high health & safety standards.
- Achieve a high quality product across 400+ units of RC frame apartments.
- Keep the project on time and in budget.
Requirements for Senior Site Manager:
- Understand all internals process.
- Worked on RC frame housing projects.
- Hard worker who wants to prove themselves to progress up the ladder.
