Exciting Senior Site Manager opportunity in Central London for a leading refurbishment and modernisation company.
About the role of Senior Site Manager:
Working on a commercial construction project valued around 40 million, with a focus on CAT A fit out.
Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager:
- Acting as No.2 on site to a Project Manager
- Communication with sub contractors
- Day to day Client interaction
- Day to day running of site
Requirements for Senior Site Manager:
- Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
- Experience working as a Site Manager on projects valued over 30
- CAT A and structural experience
- Cut + Carve & commercial fit out experience
