Due to starting a new project they require a Senior Site Manager to help deliver the project

Role

Managing a new project starting which is an 8m refurbishment, structural and cut and carve fit out
Directing the Site team and subcontractors.
Report to a Project Manager

Person specification
You must have successfully delivered projects for a reputable contractor.
Have excellent communication skills and have a proven history of developing long term client relations.
Knowledge of refurbishment and strucuralworks
Good communication skills with relevant paperwork and documentation.
Worked on residential refurbishment projects
Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently.
You must have current CSCS, First aid, SMSTS certificates

This role is offered on a Permanent basis due to the long term nature of the work
