ACR is collaborating with one of the UK's most recognized Residential Developers on an exciting new build regeneration schemein WestLondon. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager with experience managing tradtional build houses.
The project involves the construction of 300 + new build homesat various stages of completion. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing similar scale projects and demonstrate proficiency in the following key areas:
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety/ISO procedures
- Collaborating closely with subcontractors to maintain quality control
- Facilitating effective communication and problem-solving within the site delivery team
- Overseeing construction in line with provided specifications and NHBC regulations
- Establishing productive relationships with utility companies for timely connections
- Managing material take-offs, deliveries, and supply chain adherence
- Supporting new employees and fostering teamwork
- Delivering completed projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Conducting subcontractor meetings to ensure project alignment
