Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager with a proven history of managing large-scale residential developments. The ideal candidate will be an effective leader, passionate about delivering excellence on-site and driving forward the successful execution of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the site team to meet project objectives within budget and timelines.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans that align with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Cultivate a strong safety culture, ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and resolving issues swiftly.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, uphold quality standards, and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Manage project budgets efficiently, implementing cost control strategies and tracking financial performance.
- Mentor and support junior staff, fostering professional development and team collaboration.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager, with substantial involvement in managing large tower block and housing projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on motivating teams and nurturing client relationships.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Relevant certifications (SMSTS, CSCS) and a valid first aid certificate are highly desirable.
