Hours of work: 40 hours

Applicants must have experience of the following: Significant experience in the main contracting market with experience of working on Residential/Care/Educational schemes between 10 and 40 million.

Ideally applicants should also have:

Experience of working running multiple projects

Experience of managing client facing interactions

Role information: Our client is looking for a Senior Site Manager on a permanent role based out of there Kent office, you will be Project Based, with flexibility for occasional remote working.

You will need to have experience ideally in education, DFE, Design and build, collaborative, team player, JCT / NEC, Various schemes in pre-construction to construction with values ranging 5 - 20M, You will be reporting to Project Manager.

As an experienced Senior Site Manager, you will have a good understanding of construction techniques and a HNC/HND (or equivalent) in construction, CIOB, First Aid, CSCS. Preferably CITB 5 day and Temporary works training.
