Site Manager Required

Red Rock Consultants are recruiting for a Site Manager with proven experience in Facades, Roofing & Glazing forprojects based within the London area.

Working alongside the main contractor's management team, and reporting to Operations Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of all required works to schedule and quality standards.

Duties:

• All quality records are updated
• Implement best practice on site
• Managing of labour
• To review project requirements in regard to design, labour, materials and ensure programme dates are met

Requirements:

• On site experience with cladding system knowledge
• Good numerical & literary skills
• Proficient in using IT including Apps
• Great communication skills

Applicants must have:

• CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Valid ID
• Proven experience & checkable references
