Site Manager - Main Contractor - Fit Out - Islington, North London

My client are a well established main contractor/general builder with over 15 years trading experience. They deliver top quality projects across London and the South-East, on listed buildings, education, hospitals, commercial, residential and many others.
Projects range from 10k - 7m in value across restoration, fit outs, refurbishments, design and build and conversions.
Role:
8 week fit out project in Islington, North London. The role will be working on a University refurbishment. The position itself is a site manager vacancy which will be temp to perm as they do have further work in the pipeline.
You would be responsible for overseeing this project from start to finish. This would include being able to read drawings, managing onsite H&S, updating all teams, overseeing site admin and chasing instructions.
Requiremets:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager working on interior fitout/refurbishment packages
- All up to date site certificates - SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- Good IT skills
Salary:
They are offering a day rate of 240 - 280 depending on previous experience and qualifications. There is also an opportunity for this to continue, with the job being offered as a temporary to perm role.
