Job Title: Site Manager
Location: West London
Contract & Hours: Permanent, Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary:50,000 - 52,000 (Basic Salary)

Overview:
Spencer & James are seeking an experienced Site Manager, with experience in managing the delivery of FRA Works across Social Housing Schemes. You will be joining a family owned multi disciplinary Main Contractor that offer very real career development and opportunities for their staff.
Responsibilities:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for delivering FRA (Fire Risk Assessment) and refurbishment works to residential properties and blocks across West London. The projects primarily involvefire safety/fire risk refurbishment of accommodation. This includes tasks related to:
- Fire rated boards
- Fire doors
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Leading a team of operatives on site
- Reporting to the Contracts Manager and collaborating with the wider team
- Using your operational expertise to identify and mitigate risks.
- Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers in a planned and controlled manner.
Experience & Qualifications Needed:
- Experience in a Site Management role within the housing maintenance sector, specifically in FRA Works
- Relevant qualifications/certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS Black card, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness.
