- They work on high end residential and heritage refurbishment projects
Role
- Your first project will be a new long term project in London
- 10m high end residential refurbishment
- High Quality interior fit out
- Provide Site Management and leadrership at all times
- Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times.
- Take ownership of your projects and work in a fast paced environment.
- Report to a Project Manager
Person specification
- You must have successfully delivered high end residential refurbishment projects.
- Solid Health and Safety knowledge
- Ceritficates including CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
- Keen eye for detail and quality
- Excellent communication skills
- Be very organised and record information accurately
- Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently.
