Site Manager - Internals (residential)

Our client is a tier 1 residential developer that specialises in building medium to high rise rc frame residential projects in London.

An exciting long-term freelance (Temp to Perm) opportunity has arisen for am internals bias Site Manager. They are looking to add to their current project team picking up units from 1st fix

The role will involve overseeing the internal works on a range of apartments from 1st fix,  through to handover. You will be overseeing  between a large number of apartments at any given time so previous experience of similar responsibilities is essential.
 

Your day to day duties will include (But not limited to); Full management of the internal trades with a key focus on the quality of delivery. Progress reporting to the Project Manager, health and safety and weekly site meetings.
 

You must be immediately available and have proven experience of delivering residential apartments from 1st fix through to handover.
