Site Manager - Landscaping
Full-time | £38,000 - £43,000 per annum (DOE)

Your Role at a Glance:
As the Site Manager, you'll lead and coordinate all aspects of landscaping projects, ensuring
everything is completed to the highest standard. From managing site teams and
subcontractors to overseeing health & safety compliance, you'll be the driving force behind
delivering outstanding results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects with confidence, stepping in to assist with technical tasks when needed.
- Oversee all site operations, managing resources and tracking project progress.
- Handle site documentation, correspondence, and administration.
- Motivate and inspire teams to achieve high productivity and quality.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations and accreditations (e.g. ISO, CHAS, Constructionline).
- Manage subcontractors and ensure they meet project standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, resolving challenges and fostering collaboration.
- Monitor costs and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure project milestones are met.
What We're Looking For:
- Certifications: SMSTS certification and CSCS card (highly desirable).
- Experience: Proven track record of delivering high-standard hard and soft landscaping projects.
- Leadership: Strong decision-making skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UK Health & Safety regulations.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to read and work from detailed plans and specifications.
- Driver's Licence: A valid UK driving licence.
Hours & Flexibility:
- 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
- Overtime and weekend work available for those who want to maximise their earning potential.
