Site Manager - Restaurant Fit Out - Mayfair
Are you a site manager with recent experience of managing high end restaurant fit out projects and able to commute to Mayfair?
We are currently recruiting for the role freelance site manager, to oversee the fit out of a prestigious restaurant project in London's Mayfair, with the strip out already having started, and will run until May of this year.
The project is valued at circa 3.5M , will last 5months and is due to be completed by May 2025.
Site Manager Duties :
- Ensuring the health and safety of site operatives
- Coordinating site labourers and sub-contractors
- Reporting to the on-site project manager
- Holding site meetings
- Ordering materials
Requirements:
- Joinery background
- High-end restaurant fit-out experience
- SMSTS, First Aid
- Can provide references
We can pay the site manager either via a Ltd company or CIS basis.
