They specialise in small to medium-sized projects, ranging from £50k to £1m, and are known for their consistent workflow and stability.

The Role of the Roaming Site Manager
Due to the size and nature of the projects, the role requires a hands-on, multi-site manager who can oversee multiple smaller projects simultaneously.
Working closely with an excellent team of subcontractors, the successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing multiple sites across London and the surrounding areas, ensuring smooth progress across all projects.
- Coordinating with subcontractors to maintain high-quality workmanship and adherence to deadlines.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations on-site.
- Managing resources effectively to optimize project delivery and minimize downtime.
- Liaising with clients to maintain strong relationships and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.
- A proven track record of managing multiple smaller projects within a reputable contractor environment.
- The ability to prioritize and multitask effectively across multiple sites.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with subcontractors and clients.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a process-driven mindset to deliver high-quality results.
- A full driving license (travel between sites required).
