Site Manager - Property Services

Role

We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to work for one of the UK’s leading property services companies. You must be dynamic and have prior experience within Property Services. You will be working on an exciting Social Housing refubishment project in Tower Hamlets. This project involves two 14-storey tower blocks, with works covering internal & external steel structures, External Wall Insulation (EWI), external decorations, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and quality control.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Implement best practices in construction management to optimise efficiency and minimise risks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and health and safety.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale refurbishment projects, particularly high-rise buildings.
  • Strong understanding of EWI, steel structures, and external decoration work.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
