Site Manager - West End - Super Prime, Luxury, High End Resi

Site Manager experienced in workingon one-off, bespoke, luxury projects in the West End.

Working for a contractor who have been going for over a decade now, specialising in the high end resi space, delivering unique projects in the 1-5m range.

• As a Site Manager, you'd be running your own job with a PM above you. Majority of projects are in the Fulham, Chelsea, and Kensigton areas.
• Single dwellings with extensions to the rear, basement digs, structural alterations, cut & carve elements, all the way through to the luxury fit out.
• The business takes on no more than 6projects at a time, which means they can really focus on the quality and finish rather than chasing the numbers.

Experience working on similar high end residential projects is required.

Salary in the 50,000 - 65,000 range + Package (or freelance on a day rate of 240-250/day)
