GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established and reputable main contractor, who are seeking a Site Manager who is experienced in the Fit out and refurbishment sector to work on Education, Healthcare and Laboratory fit out and refurbishment projects in London.

Project: Education, Healthcare and Laboratory fit out and refurbishment

Location: Kilburn

Duration: On-going

Rate: 250pd

Requirements for the Site Manager:

• Must have experience working on fit out and refurbishment projects in a live environment
• Experience working for a Well-established main contractor
• Experience working as the no.1 Manager
• Must be diligent, IT Literate and have a high standard of health and Safety
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First aid
• Asbestos awareness
