About the role of Site Manager:

Working on projects averaging around 5 - 35 million, with a focus on structural work, fit out, RC Frame, Steel Frame and externals.

Responsibilities for Site Manager:

Helping to implement new procedures
Communication with sub contractors
Day to day Client interaction
Day to day running of site

Requirements for Site Manager:

Experience with affordable residential or converting offices/retail spaces to hotels
Externals and structural experience
Fit out experience
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Civil Engineering
