We are currently working with a leading residential developer, to assist in their search for an Internal Site Manager around the Islington area. This will be on a 500+ unit RC Frame apartment scheme.
Our client has many RC Frame projects across London and strong pipeline of work, so there would be no issues with the longevity of work. This project is just coming up to the internal fit out stage, so you would good experience with taking residential apartments from 1st fix to handover.
Responsibilities for Site Manager:
- Oversee an RC frame block of 115 units from 1st fix to handover.
- Oversee the sub-contractors and labour force, keeping high health & safety standards.
- Achieve a high quality product across 100+ units of RC frame apartments.
- Keep the project on time and in budget.
Requirements for Site Manager:
- Worked on RC frame housing projects.
- Hard worker who wants to prove themselves to progress up the ladder.
