We are looking for a dedicated, professional Site Manager to join our team and help deliver a wide range of exciting and impactful refurbishment projects.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of London based social housing refurbishment projects. You will ensure that all work is carried out safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in construction, particularly in the social housing sector, who is looking to make a tangible difference in local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the refurbishment of social housing properties from start to finish, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Manage site teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure all site operations adhere to health and safety regulations, and create a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain excellent working relationships with clients, local authorities, tenants, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with specifications and regulations.
