As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of London based social housing refurbishment projects. You will ensure that all work is carried out safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the refurbishment of social housing properties from start to finish, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage site teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project.
- Health & Safety: Ensure all site operations adhere to health and safety regulations, and create a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain excellent working relationships with clients, local authorities, tenants, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with specifications and regulations.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues or delays early and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on project progress, costs, and any issues that may arise to senior management.
