We have an opportunity for someone to assist the project team on a 15million super prime refurbishment and fit-out project in the Marylebone area.
The role could suit a graduate, or someone from the tools, who is looking to get in to site management.
The Graduate or assistant site manager would report to the site-based Project Director and be responsible for taking minutes, distribution of drawings and offering day to day support to the site management team.
This is a junior site management role, which needs someone who has site experience, can read and understand drawings, is organised, computer literate and personable. The candidate must have excellent paperwork and IT skills. It's a supporting role initially, but the quicker someone learns the more responsibility will follow.
Not only is it an opportunity to be surrounded by and learn from a highly experienced project team, but also a chance to enter (and progress in) the super-prime residential world.
This role could also be referred to as a Graduate Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager, Trainee Site Manager or Document Controller.
