Site Manager – High-End Residential
4Site are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client, a dynamic top-tier main contractor specialising in high-end residential single-dwelling refurbishments up to £15M.
Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Lead and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring smooth workflow and quality control.

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.

Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.

Maintain strong communication with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Conduct regular site inspections and enforce best practices for site safety and efficiency.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience working for a main contractor on high-end residential, bespoke or luxury projects.

Valid SMSTS and First Aid certification.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage site operations efficiently.

Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality standards.

Ability to oversee subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure timely project delivery.
