Site Manager

Construction Manager's needed for commercial fit-out projects in Central London

Company: CentralLondon based fit-out contractor

Role: Travelling Construction Manager to work on multiple commercial fit-out project's, values circa 50k - 1.5m across the city.

Salary: up to 55k

Candidate Requirements:

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets
• Some experince working on fit out projects
• A good work ethic and strong interpersonal skills - Must be able to hit the ground running!

Duties may include:

• Manage 4-5 sites at any one time, travelling to sites on a dily basis
• Manage the day to day site operations, including the initial site set-up and the decant process at project completion
• Ensure material requisitions are placed in a timely manner to enable the best commercial terms and ensuring no delays to progress due to material procurement issues
• Work closely with the contractors to address and correct safety inefficiencies, institute additional programs, and processes to address gaps
• Attend Design Team Meetings as required, ensuring timely and adequate input from design sub-contractors into the design process and contribute to buildability discussions, Health and Safety or better ways of working
