Established for over 50 years the company continues to be family run with a turnover in excess of 20 million. They predominantly work on projects in Residential and Commercial sectors valuing between 100k and 1 million.

  • Full scale internal refurbishment of period building entrance and reception areas Value: 1+ million
  • External refurbishment completed to a super prime listed mansion block Value: 700+k

The Role

Our client is seeking to recruit a Site Manager to join their team in West London working on prime residential projects valuing up to 8 million.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work on bespoke, luxury homes and collaborate with skilled tradespeople, architects, and designers.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage all onsite operations, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard
  • Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour, ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Maintain strict health & safety standards and compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate and manage the project programme, ensuring timely delivery
  • Liaise closely with clients, architects, designers, and project managers
  • Monitor and control budgets, materials, and procurement
  • Ensure all work is completed to specification and meets client expectations
  • Conduct regular site inspections, identifying and resolving any issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress updates
