4Site Recruitment is currently seeking an Experienced Site Manager to oversee a range of exciting refurbishment projects (both internal and external) in Central London. Our client is a well-established construction and refurbishment contractor specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Contract Manager and Senior Project Team to ensure seamless project delivery.

Attend project meetings and provide necessary updates and documentation.

Supervise site personnel, including labourers, subcontractors, building surveyors, and residents.

Ensure health and safety protocols are adhered to on site.
-
Manage the site induction process, including reviewing RAMS, ensuring all certificates and inspection reports are received, and maintaining compliance records.

Oversee the implementation of building regulations and High Risk Building procedures.

Monitor and ensure high-quality standards of workmanship throughout all stages of the project.

Conduct site surveys and compile detailed reports.

Assist in site ordering and cost management, while the Contract Manager oversees major financials.

Compile and maintain the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Safety Files.

Project Scope:
- Projects typically range in value from £100k to £2m, offering diverse challenges and opportunities in high-end residential and commercial refurbishments.
- Projects range from residential refurbishments, common parts refurbishment, external repair & restorations, commercial fitout

Skills and Experience:
We are looking for candidates with:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing building refurbishment projects, ideally in London.

Proven experience with both internal and external refurbishment works, particularly in high-end residential, office, and commercial sectors.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Exceptional time management skills.

Qualifications and Training:

SMSTS or SSSTS Site Management qualification.
-
CSCS card at the site management level.
Â
Desirable Certifications:
-
First Aid, Temporary Works, Scaffold Inspection Training Scheme (SITS), Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Fire Marshal
