Site Manager - Amenity Projects

Contract: Temporary ongoing

Salter Grange are leading the recruitment for a Site Manager to oversee residential amenity projects including swimming pools and gyms, for a main contractor based in Poplar.

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and schedules
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on amenity projects such as gyms and swimming pools
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and health and safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
