Site Manager – Charlton– Industrial Warehouse Refurbishment
Our client are a leading contractor with sites in and around London and Surrey, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage an Industrial Project in Charlton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily site activities to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring high standards of workmanship.
- Maintaining health and safety compliance at all times.
- Reporting progress to senior management and addressing any site challenges promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing industrial refurbishment projects.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
